Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our training programs, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or transfers once enrolment has been confirmed and course access has been granted.
We do not offer refunds for:
Change of mind
Failure to complete the program
Inability to schedule the hands-on session within the available dates
Personal or professional circumstances arising after enrolment
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law remain protected. Refunds may be considered only in the event of a major failure in the delivery of the program as defined under the ACL.
Program Access & Mentoring
Online course content is available for 12 months from the date of enrolment
Personal mentoring with the G+Co Academy team is available for 3 months from the date of enrolment
Mentoring sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement and subject to availability of both the student and the G+Co Academy team
Mentoring sessions not utilised within the 3-month period will not be extended or refunded
Certification
The official G+Co Nanoplasty Expert Certification is issued upon successful completion of the full training program
Completion requires finishing all online modules and the practical assessment
The practical assessment may be completed in person at our Gold Coast salon or remotely by submitting photos and videos of your work for review
No certificate will be issued for partial completion of the program
Hands-On Workshop (Online + Hands-On option only)
The in-person workshop is scheduled individually within 30 days of starting your online modules
Workshop dates are subject to availability and confirmed by mutual agreement
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to reschedule
Failure to attend without notice may result in the session being forfeited
